Computer In The Office

I work as MIS computer department and i have an opinion that computer in the office is no need to be always very uptodate, because in office work we are usually only type in mircosoft execl or microsoft office or may be some program / old program that only need speed bettwen pentium II still possible or pentium III - IV is more better and the above is still no need like pentium dual core or quad core is more use for multi media field like for gamer, designer, film maker, resert and other that need speed the most.
